Arena Layout and Dimensions
Holding Area Requirements
Pits / Interactive Stand Area:
Management to provide an exclusive pits area to hold the interactive display stand, motorcycles, ramps, lorry and landing ramp, props and other equipment whilst on the showground.
This area for the pits / interactive stand area must be at least 25 meters X 25 meters. (the 25m X 25m holding area is only required if we are using a shared arena)
Please note: ADJACENT TO MAIN ARENA: The pits / interactive stand should be adjacent to the main arena. The motorcycles should not be situated alongside horses or livestock lines.
The entrance to the performing arena needs to be a minimum of 18ft in width.

Interactive Stand Requirements
The Team will also bring an 8ft x 4ft pop up shelter and combined with the motor home makes our interactive stand. This can be situated anywhere on the showground at the show organisers convenience, however it would be preferred to be as close to the holding area as possible.
