Welcome to Bolddog Health & Fitness Studio.

We have our own fully furnished state of the art Health and Fitness Studio in Metfield, Harleston, Norfolk.

At Bolddog Health and Fitness we have roots, something real to offer, - we have real "life experience", with first hand knowledge of fitness - we have got fit, got fat, got thin, got hurt, we can relate to it first hand!!


Bolddog Health & Fitness Studio is run by atheletes and is OPEN TO EVERYONE!  Our fitness trainers come from a professional background in a number of sport, including extreme sports, motocross racing, freestyle motocross, martial arts, boxing and the stunt industry.

We have roots and have "real" tried and tested experience in the health and fitness world.

What we offer:

Normal open gym sessions - We have a number of evenings a week, when you can "drop in" and use our studio and all it's facilities.


Group sessions - Hire the Studio exclusively for you and your friends.  You can even hire our studio inclusive of all fitness equipment, steam room and hot tub.

Personal Training / One to one


Fitness, healthy living, weight management and nutrition advice -
Food is central to our lives. You will identify the three energy nutrients in the body. The importance of vitamins, minerals and water and their function. Discover how to effectively manage your weight issues. Making the connections between diet and a range of medical conditions. Plan balanced diets.

Health Screening and Fitness Testing - Including blood pressure monitoring, body composition analysis and heart disease risk. Clients are screened for medical conditions, body composition, evaluating clients' posture, measuring clients' muscle strength and muscle endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.


Sports Nutrition - When and what to eat to train hard, maximise muscle building or prepare for a race, also reviewing a host of supplements.


Sports Specific and Advanced Gym Programming - Client consultations. health screening, motivation and goal setting techniques. Advanced training methods for improving cardiovascular conditioning.   Advanced training methods for improving muscular strength, size and endurance. Dynamic and facilitated stretching for flexibility.  Integrating motor skill development.  Functional resistance and sport-specific training.  Add variety to your training sessions and your perrmance will take quantum leaps by using functional resistance training and sports-specific exercises.  Define the meaning of functional training, learn to train movement patterns not individual muscles. Increase speed, agility and quickness and improve explosive power.

Core stability and core strength conditioning - Designed to provide a range of core stability training methods. You will have an understanding of core stability, the value of functional core stability exercises. Mobilising and stabilising muscles.


Personal training in alternative environments - Creative programming.  Addresses the desire of many people to exercise outdoors or in the convenience of your home or workplace.  We adapt to situations where you have a limited amount of equipment and support.  Outdoor training can be safe, effective and great fun.

White Collar Boxing or Martial Arts based training - Why not put a different angle on your training, try some one to one boxing training.
