The off road sport of Motocross forms the roots of the Bolddog Extreme Sports Company. All the riders in the Bolddog Lings Freestyle Team come from a motocross racing background, accumulating many years of experience.

Motocross is a very demanding sport both mentally and physically, and often people make the mistake of thinking its just a case of buying a bike then going to a track and winding open the throttle…… This is definitely not the case!!

There are many factors to consider even before you turn up to a track. You need to consider first of all buying the correct bike, buying the correct safety gear and then knowing the basic riding techniques.

That’s why we have teamed up with AVAGO MX, who offer all the advice on getting started in motocross. The AVAGO MX Company is owned and run by Karl Newton, who has over 25 years racing experience. Karl also was a valued key rider in the Lings Display Team, a few years before Bolddog was launched.

· Motocross tryouts for all ages from 5-50 Nationwide
· Bikes supplied if required
· Helmets, boots and all other race gear available
· All training by ACU coaches
· Group booking or one to one coaching

If you already have a bike and the gear but need a little help you can still come along and have some coaching.

THE BIKES
The bikes are all Hondas ranging from 50cc to 450cc depending on your age and experience.

THE GEAR
All race gear can be supplied including race jeans, shirts, boots, helmets, gloves, chest protectors and goggles.

AN INTRODUCTION TO RACING
Once you have been to one of our schools and would like to take it further, AVAGO MX can help with clothing and the bike. AVAGO MX can also put you in contact with your local motocross club in your area, and can help sort out your ACU licence so you are ready to race motocross.
